Giving Back Locally
At Canggu & Co we believe in social responsibility and giving back to the local community we live in here in Bali. The best way we have found to do this locally is via the Charity Foundation "My Red Envelope"
My Red Envelope promotes local social responsibility and a sense of community in Bali by bringing together local businesses, local charities and community members in a unique and mutually beneficial way. Members join My Red Envelope, and are encouraged to shop and spend at registered My Red Envelope Businesses locally. Each business then commits to paying a % of the money spent by members to a My Red Envelope registered charity. As simple as that!
Canggu & Co is a registered My Red Envelope Business: Our Business Listing. We commit to giving 10% of every transaction made by a member online or in our store to our selected local charity, The Bali Children Foundation
The process is simple. Members just need to let us know at our homewares store check out they are a member of My Red Envelope. We automatically deduct 10%, and each month we collate the amount and send the total directly to The Bali Children Foundation. Thats it!
