You can earn Gu points by shopping on our site. You earn 1 Gu point for every Rupiah 15,000 you spend online or in our store. Each time you make a purchase, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance.

Yes, but we only offer an exchange for the value of your invoice, not a refund. To be eligible for an in-shop return, your item must have a receipt, be unused and in the same sale condition that you received it, and be returned in its original packaging and tags.
Several types of goods sold in-store are exempt from being returned and exchanged, including the following:sale items, swimwear, some paper goods. Items purchased using a discount or a coupon are not eligible for return or exchange. In addition, Canggu & Co may refuse a return due to an item not being in the same condition when sold, or with damages, pulls, nicks, marks, cracks, chips, missing tags, missing Canggu & Co price tag, wrinkles, stains, and more.
We belong to a local Charity organization here in Bali called My Red Envelope. My Red Envelope promotes local social responsibility and a sense of community in Bali by bringing together local businesses, local charities and community members in a unique and mutually beneficial way. Members join My Red Envelope, and are encouraged to shop and spend at registered My Red Envelope Businesses locally.
