DIRECT TO YOUR CUSTOMER (INDIVIDUAL ORDERS): B2C
You market and sell, you give us your customer order; we stock, ship and fulfill directly to your customer.
Select Products: You look on our website collections or catalogs or visit our store and select items you would like to buy and sell. You then give us the list. We then give you our business price (retail price minus 25%). Our minimum stock order is per line item varies between 5-15 units per item. We only ship your purchased products. We maintain a product database with transparent pricing.
Product Invoice Value: Initial inventory stock establishment invoice value must be USD$1000 or higher; No minimum quantity per line items.
Buy, Store, Pick, Pack, Ship: We buy stock, and store your items in our own warehouse. Every time you make a sale, you notify us (we access your website back end only - Shopify System only at this point), and we pick, pack and ship the item for you to your customer. At the end of every month we send you a monthly invoice showing each order sent, and with the additional actual and per order costs.
Customer Notification: We also send to your customer a fulfilment email saying that their order has been shipped, and with a shipping track number and tracking link. We also handle any returns. Anytime your stock level gets to 5 we top back up to its unit amount, and add this to your monthly invoice.
The benefits are that you enjoy our corporate ship rates with our courier, and the order ships fast. We can only see your orders and fulfil them. Currently, we have access to several stores via the Shopify E-Commerce system only.
Branding: When we pick your order, we can also wrap and package your items in your own branded labelling materials - craft paper, stickers, hang tags - and also put the items into custom boxes if required.
At Actual Cost: Shipping Cost via Shipper; External Packaging Material Costs; Branding & Internal Box Material Costs; design of Branded Packaging Material (if required).
Per Order Costs: a Buy/Store/Pick/Pack/Ship Handling Fee per Order; a Brand Labeling Fee on those items requiring a brand label (if required);
Product Cost: Business Price (Retail Price Minus 25%).

DIRECT TO AMAZON (BULK ORDER): B2A (A = AMAZON!)
You give us a bulk order, we ship to Amazon to fulfil.
Select Products: You look on our website collections or catalogs or visit our store and select items you would like to buy and sell on Amazon. You then give us the list. We then give you our wholesale price (% discount based on order invoice volume).
Product Invoice Value: Product invoice value must be USD$1000 or higher; No minimum quantity.
Buy, Pack, Ship: We buy your selected items. We pack and ship the item for you to your selected Amazon Fulfilment Centre.
Packaging: All External Packaging is done to FBA requirements in regard to box dimensions and weight, and internal packing.
Branding: When we pack your order, we can also wrap your items in your own branded labelling materials - craft paper, stickers, hang tags - and also put the items into custom boxes if required.

You give us a bulk order, we ship to you to fulfil.
Same as to Amazon, but without Amazon packaging restrictions.
We do NOT DO drop shipping, for a few reasons:
Nature of Production: All our items are hand made, and this affects guaranteed inventory levels.
Nature Of Materials: All of the natural materials we use in our items are subject to seasonal variations in supply mainly due to weather issues e.g. rattan can be in short supply because the rainy season went too long.
Shipping: Indonesia does not have a nationally managed supply chain that allows items be shipped at confirmed rates, like China.
We do not know of any company in our market space that drop ships from Indonesia. If you wish to drop ship, please consider China, which is not subject to the above i.e everything is machine made, raw materials are mainly non-natural/machine made, and the Chinese Government controls shipping expense rates for e-commerce, to favor Chinese company exports.
